On 22 June, 2019, Prof. Shang-Ping Xie from University of California, USA gave lectures on regional climate change in greenhouse warming. He explained the dynamics of regional climate change, climate feedback analysis, and how a faster surface temperature response will slow the rate of ocean heat content increase.
